Originally hailing from Manchester, Tom has been proudly calling Dublin home for the past decade. With 15 years of experience in Tech Recruitment, Tom has led large teams for global agencies and successfully launched several successful businesses into the Irish market. In 2020, he took the leap to found Realta Associates and later co-Found its sister company, Bridgewater Partners.

When not at work, Tom is a devoted family man juggling a myriad of random hobbies. So, if you're looking for someone who can converse in Spanish and build a rickety wooden table, look no further.

Founder of Bridgewater Partners and cross-brand client relationship expert, Arun began his career in headhunting 9 years ago, with a specific focus on data and data systems. His ability to identify top talent and match them with companies in need of their skills has earned him a reputation as a leader in his field, having won multiple awards. 

You can often find him at Manchester United's side-lines cheering on the Red Devils, as well as pet sitting for his pal's furry friends.
