C++ Developer

Location: Fully Remote, within the EU

Process: Two Technical, plus HR

Realta have been engaged to support our customer, a European Database company that have gone through Series A and B funding in the last while and are expanding their Core teams.

About the Role: Join a team developing core components of a multimodel database. You'll design and implement distributed transactions, queries, network communication, and more. Your focus will be optimizing performance for core components, especially database queries and transaction processing. Collaborate closely with team members on code reviews and cross-functional projects.

Your Skills:

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• 3 years experience with C++
• Solid algorithmic background or Computer Science degree
• Bonus: Experience with open-source storage engines like RocksDB

Extra Points For:

• Experience with search products like Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
